Marion Elementary School - Updated 08/01/2017

The following standardized supply list is for Marion Elementary. The supplies listed have been determined as the necessary materials for each student to have in order to be prepared for school each day. Since these supplies are necessary for a student to be prepared for class, parents may be asked to replenish during the year should your child’s supplies become depleted or unusable. McDowell County Public Library Events

Help your child prevent the "summer slide" by encouraging them to read four or more books over the summer. Researchers have found that kids who do not read and practice the reading comprehension strategies they have learned during the school year will be almost 2 months behind at the beginning of the next grade. Need Books? Check out the McDowell Public Library.
